Ingredients:
- 4 pieces salmon
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine almond meal, and seasoning. Dress fish in mixture and place into an ovenproof baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice on fish.
- Bake until the fish flakes easily, about 20 minutes.
